Pasta Sausage Supper


This dinner is one of my hubbies favorites! It is so good and it is fast and easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 package (16oz) uncooked penne pasta
1 lb kielbasa or polish sausage, cut into ¼ inch slices
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin slices
1 sweet red pepper, cut into thin slices
1 medium onion , halved and sliced
Olive oil
1 can of meatless spaghetti sauce, warmed

Cook your pasta according to the package directions.  Meanwhile combined the sausage, peppers, onion  in a large sauce pan with just enough olive oil to barely coat the bottom of the pan.  Saute until the vegetables are crisp and tender.   Also while you are waiting for the noodles to finish, start heating up the spaghetti sauce. Drain your pasta.  Next when you put it on your plate first put the noodles on your plate, then the warmed spaghetti sauce, and  lastly top it with the sauteed veggies and sausage.
