German Pancakes

This has been one of may favorite breakfasts!  My mom would make this for us once a week for breakfast and all of us would try so hard to get the biggest slice.  It's a fast and simple breakfast that you will want to have over and over again!

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter melted

Preheat oven to 400. Combined eggs, milk, flour, and salt in the blender or in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.  If you mix it to long it will make a difference in how the pancakes will turn out. (If you mix till just smooth then you will get nice wavy pancakes, but if you do it to long your pancakes sides will get really high and you won't have the nice wavy look.)  Melt butter and put into a 9x13 pan, spread butter around.  Then pour in mixture in to pan, bake uncovered for 20 minutes. This tastes great with syrup, fruit, lemon glaze, etc.
