Cream Cheese Chicken


This has been a family favorite and one that all of us kids would get excited when mom would make it!  Now it has become one of my hubbies favorites!

Ingredients:

3-4 chicken breasts cubed (do the amount you’d prefer to have in your sauce! I like a lot of chicken)
1 cube butter melted
1 package Italian Good Season Salad Dressing (dry)
Cream Cheese (8oz)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
Wide egg noodles or rice

Combined cubed chicken, butter, and Italian dressing in the crock pot.  Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.  Then add cream cheese (cubed ) and the cream of chicken soup, put on top of chicken and stir together.  Cook for additional 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then stir before serving; you can put it on top of cooked wide egg noodles or rice.
