Banana Bread Muffins

These banana bread muffins would have to be the best I have ever had.  I have made so many different recipes for banana bread but this one I would have to say is perfect! It is moist and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 bananas, mashed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
brown sugar (optional if you want to do crumb muffins)

Preheat the oven to 375, grease the muffin tins.  In a large mixing bowl combined flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.  In another mixing bowl mix bananas, sugar, eggs and butter.  Stir banana mixture into flour mixture and mix until combined well.  Spoon into muffin tins.  (If you would like to have banana crumb muffins sprinkle a little brown sugar on top of each muffin.  I found that just brown sugar works best for me.  I've tried the brown sugar with butter and flour and what other things they may say to put on top, but when I take my muffins out of the oven they look holy and i mean holy hahah.  But by just sprinkling a little brown sugar it seems to turn out perfect every time!) Next cook for 18-20 minutes, insert tooth pick to see if it is done.  If the tooth pick comes out clean then it is perfect! Then last of all my favorite part is to enjoy these delicious muffins.
